I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at your office for the fantastic experience my two daughters, Layla and Nadia Gravelle, had during their recent appointments. Both girls can be a little nervous when visiting the dentist, but the entire Staff, from the front desk to the Dentist and Assistant, was amiable, helpful, and patient with them. They took the time to answer all their questions and explain the procedures in a way they could understand, which helped them feel safe and at ease. The Staff helped my daughters feel comfortable, and the hygienist even showed them how to use a waterpik properly. Thanks to your kindness and professionalism, my daughters no longer dread attending the dentist. They left their appointments smiling, which is a true testament to the positive experience you provided. Thank you again for everything. Upon my initial visit to this dentistry, I was thoroughly impressed by the outcomes. The reception staff displayed exceptional assistance. My dental hygienist, Havushe, delivered an exemplary cleaning. I have yet to encounter a hygienist who meticulously cleaned my teeth without causing any discomfort, while also taking the time to identify areas requiring additional attention and provide thorough guidance on dental care. The staff at Gateway are incredible, they make you feel like a valued patient. Amber is really good at what she does, before meeting her patients you get the sense that she read your chart prior to the appointment.
